Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before completing your reservation. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.

Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the reservation start: 100% refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation start: $50 cancellation fee will be charged
  • No-shows (customer not available at time of delivery): full payment forfeited — no refund

Early Returns

No refunds or credits will be issued for equipment returned before the end of the reserved rental period. The full rental fee applies regardless of early return.

Damage, Loss & Theft

The customer is fully responsible for all damage, loss, or theft of rental equipment during the rental period. Damage charges will be assessed based on repair or full replacement cost and charged to the credit card on file. Replacement values are:

  • Scooter / Mobility Scooter: $800.00
  • Stroller: $350.00
  • Car Seat: $50.00

If actual repair or replacement costs exceed the values listed above, the customer will be responsible for the full amount. Easy Go Orlando reserves the right to obtain repair estimates from licensed technicians.

Credit Card Authorization

By placing a reservation, you authorize Easy Go Orlando to charge the credit card provided for any of the following:

  • The full rental amount due
  • Any applicable cancellation fees
  • Any damage, loss, or theft charges incurred during the rental period
  • Any additional delivery fees resulting from address changes or re-delivery

Liability Waiver

The customer assumes full responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of all rented equipment. Easy Go Orlando is not liable for any injuries, accidents, property damage, or incidents of any kind occurring during the use of rental equipment. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are physically capable and properly trained to operate it safely.

Disputes

Any disputes regarding charges or this policy should be directed to Easy Go Orlando via SMS at (321) 522-6403 before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your credit card provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.

Policy Updates

Easy Go Orlando reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your reservation will apply to your rental agreement.
