At Easy Go Orlando, we are committed to delivering your rental equipment safely and on time. Please read this policy carefully before completing your reservation.

Delivery Window

All deliveries are scheduled within a 60-minute arrival window. Due to traffic, distance, or other circumstances beyond our control, delays of 30 minutes or more may occur. We will notify you via SMS if we are running behind schedule.

Customer Availability

Someone must be present and available at the delivery address to receive the equipment. You will receive delivery updates via text message to the number provided at checkout. If you need to step away, please notify us in advance via SMS.

No-Show Policy

If we arrive at the delivery address and are unable to reach the customer, we will attempt to contact you by SMS at the number provided and wait up to 30 minutes from our arrival time. If there is no response within 30 minutes, the delivery will be cancelled and the full payment will be forfeited. No refund will be issued for no-show situations.

Wrong or Changed Address

If the delivery address provided is incorrect, or if you request a change after the order has been placed, an additional delivery fee of $40.00 will apply. Please double-check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout.

Communication

All communication between Easy Go Orlando and customers is conducted exclusively via SMS text message. Please ensure your phone is accessible on your delivery day.

Delivery Hours

We deliver daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Airport pickups are flexible — we work around your flight arrival time.

Free Delivery

Free delivery is included on all orders of $90 or more. Orders below this threshold may be subject to a delivery fee.

Equipment Pickup (Return)

Pickup of rental equipment at the end of your reservation follows the same scheduling and availability policies described above. Please ensure someone is present and available during the scheduled pickup window.
