Here is exactly how the whole process works, from booking to pickup.

Step 1 — Book online in about two minutes

Choose your equipment and your dates on our booking page, and enter where you are staying — a hotel, Disney or Universal resort, or a vacation home. You can also add extras like a cooler backpack or a cup holder. It takes about two minutes, and you will see the full price with no hidden fees.

Step 2 — We deliver on your arrival date

On the day you arrive, we bring your equipment to your address. When the hotel allows it, we coordinate the drop-off with the front desk so it is waiting for you at check-in. If an in-person handoff is needed, we contact you to arrange a time. Everything arrives fully charged, inspected, and sanitized.

Step 3 — A quick, friendly how-to

If we meet you in person, we show you how everything works — how to turn the scooter on, adjust the speed, fold it for the car, and charge it overnight. It only takes a minute, and you will feel confident before we go. Prefer instructions in Portuguese or Spanish? Just ask — we support all three languages.

Step 4 — Enjoy it your whole trip

The equipment is yours for the entire rental — use it at your hotel, at the theme parks, at the outlets, and everywhere in between. Just charge the scooter each night so it is ready for a full day. If anything comes up, we are a phone call or WhatsApp away, seven days a week, with a 2-hour replacement guarantee.

Step 5 — We pick it up when you leave

At the end of your rental, we collect the equipment at the same address — nothing to return, no lines, no stress. Delivery and pickup are free on orders of $120 or more (a flat $45 applies below that), which most multi-day rentals easily reach.
