How delivery works

Outside of Disney's own featured provider, no rental company is allowed to leave equipment at a Disney resort Bell Services — the handover has to be to you, in person. We built our whole service around that: you choose the time and the spot, and we are there, including the day you land and including late evening arrivals. Every rental comes with a walkthrough at handover, our direct WhatsApp in English, Portuguese and Spanish for the whole trip, and a two-hour replacement guarantee anywhere on property.
