Delivered in person to your Disney resort

We deliver to Disney resorts, other hotels in the Disney area and vacation homes in Kissimmee, Davenport and Celebration. At a Disney resort we meet you in the lobby at the time you choose, hand you the wheelchair and give you a quick how-to. We don’t leave equipment at Bell Services, so there is nothing to track down at check-in.

Delivery hours are Monday to Friday 7 AM–7 PM and Saturday and Sunday 7 AM–5 PM. On your last day we pick it up the same way, at a time that fits your checkout.

Using your wheelchair inside the Disney parks

Guests are welcome to bring their own wheelchair into Walt Disney World, and that includes one you rent from us. It folds to ride Disney buses, the monorail and the boats, and it stays with you at your resort, at Disney Springs and at dinner after the parks close.

Ride access, queues and the Disability Access Service (DAS) are run by Disney, not by rental companies, and Disney updates these rules from time to time. Check the current details on Disney’s official page before your trip.

Electric wheelchair or scooter (ECV) for Disney?

Both are welcome in the parks. A power wheelchair is more compact, turns in tighter spaces and is driven with a joystick. A mobility scooter (ECV) is steered with a tiller, has a larger seat and comes in heavy-duty models rated up to 440 lbs.

If someone in your group will push, a manual wheelchair is lighter, needs no charging and costs the least. Not sure which one fits? Tell us on WhatsApp how far the rider can walk and how many park days you have, and we will suggest a model.

Visiting one park for one day? Disney’s in-park wheelchair is cheaper and simpler. For a whole trip, ours is the one waiting at the resort in the morning and still with you at dinner.
