Privacy & Cookies

Last updated: . This page explains what 4You Prime Solution LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Easy Go Orlando (“we”), collects when you use easygoorlando.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to ask us to delete it. It is the same company named in our Rental Agreement.

What we collect

  • To fulfil a rental: your name, e-mail, phone number, delivery and pickup address (hotel, resort or vacation home, plus room number when you give it), your rental dates and times, the equipment you chose, and any note you write us.
  • To take payment: your card is entered on Stripe’s own checkout page and never reaches our servers. What we store is a Stripe reference to that card so we can charge you later for the things the rental agreement allows — damage, theft, late return or an extra day. We do not store your card number, expiry or security code.
  • To prove you accepted the rental agreement: the version of the agreement, the date and time, and your IP address at that moment.
  • If you contact us or ask for a discount: the e-mail or phone number you type into a form, the WhatsApp pop-up or the newsletter box.
  • If you opt in to marketing texts: whether you checked the consent box, the date and time, the disclosure version and page, your IP address, and your browser identification. We use this record to honor your choice and document the permission you gave.
  • When optional measurement is on: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP, device and browser, the site that referred you, and the advertising click identifier if you arrived from an ad. For visitors in the United States it is on by default until you turn it off; everywhere else it stays off until you allow it.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. We use these companies to run the business, and each only receives what it needs:

  • Stripe — payments and the saved card.
  • Supabase — the database that holds your reservation.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads — which pages get used and which ads lead to bookings. For visitors in the United States this measurement is on by default and you can turn it off at any time; everywhere else it starts only after you choose “Allow optional cookies.” When optional storage is denied, Google’s Consent Mode can send limited cookieless measurement signals without writing advertising or analytics cookies.
  • Microsoft Clarity — only after you allow optional cookies, records how visitors move through public pages (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) so we can find broken steps in the booking flow. It does not load on checkout, payment, confirmation, contract, customer-app or admin pages. What you type into form fields on recorded pages is masked.
  • Resend and Google Workspace — the confirmation and support e-mails.
  • Twilio and WhatsApp — text delivery when you have asked to receive a text or when we need to communicate about your rental.
  • Vercel — hosting, which keeps short-lived server logs.

We also disclose information when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to defend a claim — for example a chargeback dispute over a rental.

Cookies and what is stored on your device

The site keeps a small amount of information in your browser so the booking works and so we can tell which advertising actually pays for itself:

  • Needed for the site to work: the dates and equipment you picked, so you do not lose your cart; your chosen language and currency; your privacy choice; a valid partner referral code; and, once you have booked, the link to your own reservation.
  • Optional measurement: Google Analytics identifiers and the advertising click identifier from Google Ads. In the United States these are on by default until you choose “Only necessary”; everywhere else they are set only if you choose “Allow optional cookies.” Microsoft Clarity identifiers are set only after “Allow optional cookies,” in every country. We keep our copy of the advertising attribution for up to 90 days so a booking made after the click can still be credited to the right campaign.

You can allow or refuse optional storage without losing the ability to browse, book or use the customer app. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to turn optional measurement off. Use the Privacy choices button at the bottom of a public page to change your answer. Choosing “Only necessary” also removes the optional attribution record and the recognised Google and Clarity cookies that this site can remove. Clearing your browser’s site data removes the remaining local preferences.

How long we keep it

Reservation and payment records are kept while they may still be needed for tax, accounting or a dispute. Marketing contacts are kept until you ask to be removed; consent and opt-out evidence may be retained as reasonably necessary to document and honor your choice. Analytics data expires on the schedule set by each provider.

Your choices

Write to contact@easygoorlando.com and ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. We answer in English, Portuguese and Spanish. If we cannot delete something — a paid invoice we must keep for tax, for instance — we will tell you which record and why. To stop marketing messages, reply STOP to a text or use the unsubscribe link in any e-mail; that does not stop the messages about a rental you have booked.

If you are in a place with its own privacy law, such as California or the European Union, those rights apply to you and the same address is where you exercise them.

Children

We rent equipment used by families, but the site is meant to be used by adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we change this page and the date at the top on the same day.
