Charging your rental scooter in Orlando
Plan a charging stop at your accommodation each day and follow the instructions for the scooter and charger supplied with your rental. A range figure is an estimate, not a promise that every park day will use the same amount of battery.

Before your first park day
At handover, ask us to show you the charging port, the battery indicator and the charger for your model. Confirm where you can charge at your hotel or vacation home without obstructing an exit or walkway. Keep the charger with the equipment when it is returned.
How to prepare for charging
- Park in an appropriate dry location near a suitable outlet and switch the scooter off.
- Use the charger supplied for that equipment. Check the model instructions for connection order, charge indicators and charging time.
- Check that cables and connections are dry and undamaged. If something is damaged, unusually hot or not working as expected, stop and contact support.
- Allow the charging time specified for your model. Do not use a single universal time or indicator colour for every charger.
- Disconnect the charger as instructed before driving.
The instructions supplied with your specific equipment take precedence over this general guide. Do not substitute a charger, open the battery or attempt a repair.
What affects the distance you can travel?
The selected model, user and carried load, slopes, surface, speed, stops and battery condition all affect range. Plan for the full route: room to transport, transport to park, time inside, and the return to your accommodation. Leave a margin rather than planning to reach the battery’s limit.
The scooter comparison helps you choose a model. If the advertised range is close to your expected journey, contact us with your plans before booking. Do not assume a charging outlet will be available at every park stop.
If the battery becomes low away from your hotel
Move to a safe place without blocking a route, note your location and contact our team. Share the model, battery display and any warning message. We will coordinate the next step based on your location, service hours and equipment availability. There is no universal replacement time for every location.

Rain and storage
Follow the equipment instructions for weather exposure and storage. Protect the charger and electrical connections from water. A canopy or cover does not make the scooter waterproof. Ask support if the equipment becomes wet or behaves unexpectedly.
Can I charge while transporting the scooter?
Confirm the permitted charging and transport arrangements for your model with our team. Do not assume a car outlet, adapter or a different charger is compatible. For loading and vehicle space, read the rental-car transport guide.
Before you reserve
Choose your dates, compare the total rental cost and tell us about the places you plan to visit. We can help you confirm the model and handover details. Availability is checked for the selected dates.
