We are not Disney's featured provider, so we do not leave equipment at Bell Services — and honestly, that works out better for you. We meet you in person at Animation Hall (the main lobby building, by the Skyliner station), at the time you choose — including the same day you land, and including evening arrivals after a late flight. You get a two-minute walkthrough of the controls, the battery and the folding, plus our direct WhatsApp for the rest of your stay. Pickup at the end works the same way: tell us your checkout time and we come to you.
