I am here for a convention, not the parks. Can I rent for just the event days?+

Yes. Two days is our minimum and there is no requirement to visit a park. Plenty of our Coronado rentals never leave the resort.

Can the scooter go into the meeting rooms and exhibit halls?+

Yes — the convention centre is fully accessible. We can also brief you on the quickest step-free routes between the tower and El Centro.

Where do we meet if I am staying in Gran Destino Tower?+

Right in the tower lobby. If you are in Casitas, Ranchos or Cabanas we come to your building instead — whatever saves you the walk.

Do you deliver to the Orange County Convention Center too?+

We do, along with the Rosen and Hyatt hotels on International Drive. Same-day is usually possible.
