We are not Disney's featured provider, so we do not leave equipment at Bell Services — and honestly, that works out better for you. We meet you in person at Hospitality House, or at your own villa building if that saves you the walk, at the time you choose — including the same day you land, and including evening arrivals after a late flight. You get a two-minute walkthrough of the controls, the battery and the folding, plus our direct WhatsApp for the rest of your stay. Pickup at the end works the same way: tell us your checkout time and we come to you.
