How delivery to a rented house or villa works

A vacation home has no bell desk or concierge to hold a rental for you — so we work around that. There is nothing to sign for at a front desk and nothing left sitting on a porch. Everything is coordinated by text and timed to your check-in, and we put the scooter in your hands at the door.

1. You send the house address

Book online or message us the vacation-home address and gate/community name. Airbnb, VRBO and private villas are all fine — we deliver to the physical house, not a hotel lobby.

2. We coordinate the time by text

We text you to line up delivery with your check-in. If your flight or check-in slips, just reply and we move the time — there is no front desk clock to beat.

3. In-person hand-off at the door

We meet you in person at the house, give you a quick how-to on folding and charging, and answer any questions. We never leave a scooter unattended on a driveway or porch.

4. Pickup at the end of your stay

On your last day we come back to the same house and collect it. Free pickup is included — you do not drop anything off or ship anything back.

Do you deliver mobility scooters to Airbnb and VRBO rentals?+

Yes. We deliver to any vacation home you have rented — Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or a private villa. We bring it to the physical house address you give us, not a hotel lobby. (We are not affiliated with Airbnb or VRBO; we simply deliver to the house you booked.)

Do you deliver to Davenport and ChampionsGate villas?+

Yes — Davenport and ChampionsGate are two of our most-served vacation-home areas, along with Kissimmee, Reunion, Celebration, Solterra and the Windsor, Encore and Storey Lake communities. Delivery and pickup are free.

What if no one is at the house when you deliver?+

We hand the scooter to you in person, so we time delivery for when you are at the house. There is no front desk to hold it and we never leave a scooter unattended on a driveway or porch. If your check-in runs late, just text us and we adjust the time.

Will the scooter fit in my rental car?+

Yes. Every model folds or disassembles in seconds and fits in the trunk of a standard sedan or SUV — no minivan needed. We show you how at the door, so you can drive it from the villa to the parks and back.

How far in advance should I book?+

A few days ahead is ideal so we can lock in your delivery window, but we also handle last-minute and same-day requests during opening hours (7am–7pm) when we have availability. There is a 3-day minimum on scooters (5 days on strollers, wagons and car seats).

How much does it cost and what is the minimum?+

Scooters start at $27/day (3-Wheel Long Range $27, Standard Heavy Duty $29, Compact Long Range $34, up to Heavy Duty $39 for riders up to 440 lbs). Delivery and pickup are always free, with a 3-day minimum.

Can you bring wheelchairs, strollers or wagons too?+

Yes. On the same free delivery we can also bring wheelchairs ($16/day manual, $29–$43/day electric), strollers ($12 single / $14 double), stroller wagons ($15–$19) and car seats — everything the house needs in one drop-off.
